Buying MARTA Breeze Cards is as easy as riding the train. Whether you need 200 cards for out of town guests, or just a single card for tomorrow's commute, we have a buying option that fits your needs.
Buying a Breeze Card in Person
MARTA RideStores and Breeze Vending Machines both sell Breeze Cards in person. Breeze Vending Machines are located all across MARTA stations to make them a convenient choice for commuters on the go — and MARTA RideStores are especially helpful for when you need to fare information or face
to face transactions.
All you need is some form of payment and an idea of what type of fare you want to load onto your new Breeze Card. The card costs $2 and requires you to select and purchase fare before riding MARTA.
Buying a Breeze Card in person is your best bet for same-day travel. This way you can start using your card immediately after purchasing it.
Buying Breeze Cards Online
Silver Breeze Cards are also available online at
breezecard.com. Once you register and sign into your account, follow the prompts to purchase a new card. You'll have all the same options as far as balance and fare management as you would if you purchased a card in person.
The only thing to keep in mind is Breeze Cards usually take about a week to deliver when your order online. If you need to travel immediately after purchasing a card, you'll want to consider an in-person option instead.
Note: We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover for online purchases. You'll need to visit one of our stations if you plan on using any other type of payment.
Buying a Breeze Card at a MARTA Pop-Up
In 2019, MARTA partnered with DeKalb, Fulton, and Clayton counties to bring Breeze Card services to the communities they serve. Every month, MARTA travels to various locations in these service areas for individuals to purchase and reload Breeze Cards, in addition to other services.
