the forecast by $14.15. This favorable variance was due to operating expenses
coming in under budget. The 2024 Fiscal Year-to-Date (months of July through March)
Cost per Mobility Passenger Trip of $80.50 exceeded the forecast by $2.90.
This unfavorable variance was due to Mobility ridership falling short of the
forecast by 32.6 thousand unlinked passenger trips.
